General
The present document specifies general policy requirements relating to Trust Service Providers (TSPs) that are
independent of the type of TSP. It defines policy requirements on the operation and management practices of TSPs.
Other specifications refine and extend these requirements as applicable to particular forms of TSP. The present
document does not specify how the requirements identified can be assessed by an independent party, including
requirements for information to be made available to such independent assessors, or requirements on such assessors.
The present document aims to support the requirements on NIS2 Directive [i.13] and addresses the general requirements
for security management and cybersecurity of trust services (qualified and non-qualified).
NOTE: See ETSI EN 319 403-1 [i.2] for details about requirements for conformity assessment bodies assessing
Trust Service Providers.
The present document specifies technical requirements, limits, and test methods for radiodetermination equipment for
location tracking applications operating in the frequency range 2,4 GHz to 2,4835 GHz.
Further details of the covered equipment can be found in clause 4.2 of the present document.
NOTE: The relationship between the present document and essential requirements of article 3.2 of
Directive 2014/53/EU [i.3] is given in annex A
The present document concerns the assessment of Citizens' Band (CB) radio equipment intended for the transmission of
speech and associated support equipment with regard to ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Requirements relating to the antenna port and emissions from the housing port of CB radio equipment are not included
in the present document. Such requirements can be found in the relevant product standards for the effective use of the
radio spectrum, see Table 1.
Table 1: Radio Technologies in scope of the present document
Technology ETSI Standard
Angle-modulated Citizen's Band (CB) radio equipment and associated ancillary
equipment operating in the frequency range 26 MHz to 28 MHz. ETSI EN 300 433 [i.3]
Double Side Band (DSB) and/or Single Side Band (SSB) modulated CB radio
equipment operating in the frequency range 26 MHz to 28 MHz ETSI EN 300 433 [i.3]
NOTE: The relationship between the present document and the essential requirements of article 3.1(b) of
Directive 2014/53/EU [i.4] is given in annex A.
I.S. 6:202X specifies respectively complementary requirements to those in I.S. EN 1916:2002 and its
corrigenda in I.S. EN 1916:2002/AC:2008 (“I.S. EN 1916:2002, as corrected”) for unreinforced and
reinforced concrete pipes and fittings with nominal sizes up to and including DN 1 750. Requirements
are also specified for unreinforced and reinforced pipes greater than DN 1 750, up to and including DN
3 000.
The present document specifies the interfaces of the On-Board FRMCS enabling either interaction with On-Board
applications or with FRMCS entities outside the train. The present document also specifies the On-Board Multipath
Function and a set of procedures the On-Board FRMCS will need to conform to.
The present document specifies non-3GPP network functions and interfaces applicable to the FRMCS Trackside
Infrastructure.
The present document describes the trackside network architecture and proceeds with specifying the non-3GPP
trackside network functional entities (such as the FRMCS Trackside Gateway), including functions, interfaces and
procedures they need to comply to.
The present document does not consider message sequences within and between 3GPP and non-3GPP building blocks.
These message sequences will be defined by related 3GPP specifications, ETSI FRMCS transport stratum definition
and FRMCS service stratum definition documents or UIC FRMCS FIS [i.3] and UIC FRMCS FFFIS [1].
The present document specifies the UE capabilities applicable to an On-Board FRMCS Radio Module.
NOTE: The present document does not specify UE capabilities applicable to FRMCS-capable Handhelds and
FRMCS-capable Objects.
The present document defines the functional model including reference points as well as the protocol and procedure for
interworking between GSM-R R4 and FRMCS and covers the following services:
• Group call.
• Emergency group call.
• Point-to-point call.
• Text messaging Service
